Plans?

I decided to start to keep a journal here. I want to tell you about a recent decision. My best friend told me about Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2. I looked at the characters and I liked Paddra nsu Yeul. I have long thought, and still decided that I wanted to do cosplay. I have now found a wig for this character, I know how to sew clothes and make shoes. I do not know how to make hoops on her head Q____Q
And I still doubt that I will go this character. What do you think?
